"The company itself was fantastic. Emily was quick to respond, easy with scheduling, polite, and friendly. Kyle(our tech) was great! He showed up as expected, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and spent extra time cleaning and double-checking everything. He gave us tips on how to keep the issue from happening and how to keep our electric bill down! Highly highly recommend On Point!"

"I cannot recommend On-Point more. My AC broke and I called On-Point, Wes was at my house an hour later ready to help. I ended up needing a new unit and they got me a quote and installed the new unit the next morning. They were so respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony and Wes are the nicest, most professional, and accommodating guys."

"I was completely satisfied with my recent A/C service! Wesley arrived promptly and found the problem in 5 minutes. He was courteous and very professional and completed the repair in less than an hour. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but having such a positive experience made it totally worth the cost. "I had a trail of bad luck with AC units in two places I have lived in, in South Florida. It was refreshing to know that Anthony was able to come out and get both units fixed in a reasonable amount of time. He and his team were very professional and in and out super quick both times. "Anthony and his team are very professional and friendly. My family had our interior and exterior unit replaced and they did an amazing job. One of the employees Steve was very helpful and helped me move my pet bird outside while they were installing the unit, I didn’t want her to breathe in any dust.
